Corporate programs of Moscow Center for Public Health and Preventive Medicine

Corporate employee health programs are activities that eliminate or reduce the impact of the employees’ behavioral health risk factors such as tobacco, alcohol, substance abuse, poor diet, physical inactivity, and the ability to cope with stress.

The activities of the Center are aimed at developing a standard for corporate health promotion programs, an algorithm for involving employers in the implementation of corporate health promotion programs, and a system for monitoring the effectiveness of their implementation.

In order to assist employers in developing and implementing the corporate programs to improve their employees’ health, the Center created an online service for the managers — the Corporate program constructor.

It is intended for heads and top managers of various Moscow budgetary and non-budgetary organizations and institutions. The Constructor will help employers and all interested parties to plan and implement measures to improve the health of employees, while taking into account the capabilities, resources and peculiarities of the given organization or institution.

It will help summarize information about the employees’ health based on the results of medical and professional examinations; define the main goal and set objectives for maintaining and improving the employees’ health; compile the corporate program’s expected results and indicators; create a corporate program online; send the program for approval; send a request and get advice from competent specialists, employees of the Moscow Center for Public Health and Preventive Medicine.
