The Institute provides scientific and methodological support for Moscow Healthcare Department in strategic development of state policy in healthcare organization and medical management.

The Expert Council on Science provides methodological support for the Moscow City Health Department and contributes to the "Scientific Support for the Capital’s Healthcare" program. The Ethics Committee oversees ethical reviews of research in public health, while the Council of Young Specialists fosters professional growth and collaboration among young professionals in the health field. Additionally, the Public Health Center, established in 2020, focuses on preserving public health, preventing non-communicable diseases, and promoting healthy lifestyles through research and educational initiatives.
