Center for Digital Sociology and Socio-Humanistic Technologies in Healthcare

The Center's primary mission is to conduct and promote socio-humanistic research to enhance the healthcare system's performance.

The Center specializes in gathering, processing, monitoring, and analyzing feedback from the public, health workers, and experts to improve Moscow's healthcare system. It also engages in similar projects on a national and international scale.

As an associate member of the International Sociological Association (ISA), the Center employs staff who contribute as experts in projects for organizations such as the WHO Regional Office for Europe, Rosatom, Brand Analytics, and Russian Union of Young Scientists.

The Center engages in various activities, such as analyzing perceptions of medical professions, developing programs to enhance satisfaction and loyalty among healthcare stakeholders, providing sociological support for medical service reforms, creating information campaigns, and identifying factors influencing public health behaviors. It also promotes evidence-based practices for achieving happy longevity and identifies barriers and growth areas to enhance care quality across specialized services.

Center’s Awards
First place in the “Research of the Future Award,” granted by the Russian Fund for Development and Support of Sociological and Marketing Research “Future Research”. The award was presented at the "Research Expo" in 2024 and received by Bogdan I. V.
