Organizational and methodological activities

One of the most important functions of the Institute is organizational and methodological activities. The Research Institute NIIOZMM collects and analyzes different data, assesses current situation in special medical care provision, optimizes the health system functions via management decisions developed by its organizational and methodological divisions.

Activity:

creation of clinical recommendations and clinical reviews, treatment protocols, technology maps;
development of proposals to improve the level of organization of medical care in Moscow;
review of topical medical and legal issues, issues of healthcare organization, appraisal of documentation;
quality control of medical care in Moscow;
education and research, health communication.

The Organizational and Methodological Divisions (OMO), which are part of the structure of the Research Institute, are headed by high-level specialists with scientific degrees and titles. These specialists have many years of experience in medical practice, up-to-date managerial qualities, a high level of competence and organizational skills.
