Partnership with Foreign Medical Organizations

The research Institute is actively developing partnerships with foreign medical organizations by holding teleconferences with leading specialists of medical centers to determine a strategy for further cooperation in the format of digital internships, seminars, conferences, etc.

Ospedale Pediatrico Istituto Giannina Gaslini (Genoa, Italy)

The institute was founded in 1938 and is currently one of the largest medical institutions in Italy, which has received worldwide recognition (hospital of more than 73,000 square meters, 30,000 annual hospitalizations and 550,000 annual outpatient visits from more than 70 countries). In addition to the strongest clinical base, the Institute has clinical laboratories equipped with advanced equipment, as well as a large staff of affiliated university teaching staff.

The Memorandum of Understanding concluded between Research Institute NIIOZMM and Gaslini Institute assumes a wide range of joint research and educational projects: from preparing publications to holding international conferences.

National Institute of Health named after academician S. K. Avdalbekyan of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia

The institute was founded in the middle of the 20th century and bears the honorary name of its founder, academician S.K. Avdalbekyan. The Institute specializes in research and education in healthcare organization, including the creation of clinical guidelines, educational programs for advanced training, analysis of medical statistics of medical institutions, as well as research in health status of the population.

The agreement on scientific cooperation concluded between Research Institute NIIOZMM and Avdalbekyan Institute aims to develop and improve educational programs and research projects.

Currently, the Joint Work Plan for 2021 is being signed, identifying priority areas and topics for cooperation, as well as setting timelines and expected results.

Center for Public Health and Reforms of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Azerbaijan

The center was established in 2006 in order to improve the scientific and theoretical base in public health. The center develops and implements educational programs to improve the professional level of medical workers, as well as monitors and prepares scientific and methodological basis for reforms in the organization of health care. The center has talented staff and ample resources for conducting independent research and trials.

The cooperation between NIIOZMM DZM and the Center opens up wide opportunities for both parties to conduct joint scientific and educational projects in the field of public health, including in terms of institutional development and professional development of employees.
